I really bought into the skinimalism trend, especially after my complexion really began to improve when I first experimented with stripping back my skincare routine. Ever since then, I’ve always gone with the ‘luxuriously simple’ vibe with my skincare routine – products that pack stellar ingredients but don’t overwhelm the skin.
Cue my excitement when I stumbled across the CBGardn Essentials skincare line. CBGardn is a brand that’s all about understated luxury, and the Essentials Collection brings this to life. Both products work like a dream. The cleanser, which is infused with hemp seed oil, always leaves my skin feeling buttery soft. While it doesn’t feel like I need to apply a toner after using this cleanser, my skin feels even silkier once I do. This toner only contains a few ingredients, but they’re ones worth adding to your skincare routine. Between hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and hemp seed oil, it’s the perfect combination for balancing, hydrating, and strengthening the complexion.

The best part? It’s infused with a few plant oils as well. These make it feel extremely hydrating, so much so that I don’t miss not having an additional hydrating serum in my skincare routine.

Although I limited myself to just five (technically, six) products from the CBGardn Essentials Collection, I have already ordered a few more. While I don’t like to judge skincare products until I’ve used them for a couple of months, I am definitely having positive results so far! I haven’t been this impressed with a skincare brand for a while.
